New AI Chatbot

I've added a (very) small LLM to the server. His name is Dr. Granite and he'll happily talk to you in the chat app if you put @AI anywhere in your message. I wouldn't trust anything he says though. Also there's a 10 second wait after messaging him so he doesn't get overloaded. Have fun!
