New AI Chatbot

I've added a (very) small LLM to the server. His name is Igor and he'll happily talk to you in the chat app if you put @AI anywhere in your message. I wouldn't trust anything he says though. There's a 10 second wait after messaging him before you can message him again so he doesn't get overloaded. Also he's not GPU accelerated so give him a sec to respond. Have fun!
